Roy is a qualified town planner with extensive senior level Local Government experience throughout the UK, including Director of Development with Newcastle City Council. He has a wide experience of regional regeneration and economic development issues, including as an expert to the European and Social Committee; and as a Planning and Development Consultant practising in the North East.
