Raising our Game
Our group-wide Raising our Game project aims to put all of our residents at the heart of everything we do by delivering continuous improvement in customer services.
A project team has been set up to ensure we are consistent throughout all of the services we provide and will entail benchmarking our services as well as implementing in-house inspections.
By the end of 2007/08 our aim is for all of customers to experience improved services which will be evident through increasing satisfaction scores.
