One of the region's largest home-grown registered social landlords, owning 6,000 homes throughout the North East, NomadE5 provides a wide range of housing for both families and single people and those in care and support. With an annual turnover of £17 million and employing over 100 staff, NomadE5 plans to invest £125m in new building over the next three to four years. It will also improve customer and front line services and allow the upgrading of existing homes in order to meet the Government's Decent Home Standard.
