Isos Developments & Next Level

Isos Group is now the lead partner in the newly formed Isos Development Ltd. We are responsible for heading up any bids for obtaining government funding for ourselves and our partner organisations.

For the years 2006-08 it is projected that we will source £xxmillion of grant funding from the Housing Association. This figure will be doubled to £106 million as a result of extra private funding, all of which represents a huge development programme for Isos Development Ltd to deliver.

Part of the funding for our Group will be facilitated by our new commercial development company Next Level Developments. The role of Next Level will be to progress and develop commercial projects - beginning with housing and branching out into office space - to generate profits that will be distributed back into the group.
