We believe that customers have the right to receive good quality service from us. We work hard to achieve this and welcome feedback on our services as we view it as an opportunity to improve. We have a Compliments, Complaints and Comments leaflet (see below) which allows you to give us feedback or put in a formal complaint if you are not happy with our service.
