Case Study 6: The Parkside, Hexham

Isos has extensive experience of delivering affordable homes in more rural locations. Through working in partnership with Tynedale Council and Dorin Construction, 15 new homes were built on The Parkside in Hexham. The development consists of one four-bedroom house, 13 three-bedroom houses, and one home for residents with supported-living needs. These affordable homes are managed by Milecastle Housing.
