Isos Developments Ltd (previously the NEET Partnership) is an unregistered subsidiary company which provides services to support grant funded developments.

The Isos Group is the lead partner in this consortium of six of the North's leading housing associations which include NomadE5, Milecastle Housing, Castle Morpeth Housing, Eden Housing, York Housing and Impact Housing.

As lead partner, Isos is responsible for heading up any bids for government funding for ourselves and our partner organisations, equating to over £26 million worth of Housing Corporation funding each year.

Next Level Developments

This newly established commercial company receives no funding from the housing corporation and instead builds property for outright sale and profit - which we will plough back into the Group to subsidise the building of affordable new homes.
