The Development and Regeneration Team

Responsibility for delivering the Group's multimillion-pound development operation rests with Ian Heginbottom and Michael Farr and their highly skilled and experienced regeneration development team.

The team has years of experience in project management and the delivery of high-quality new homes, winning the trust and confidence of many local authorities throughout the North East.

We recognise that working in partnership with local residents and other key stakeholders is essential in order to create sustainable communities. We also believe that providing new homes is far more than just 'bricks and mortar'. We have therefore employed a Neighbourhood Investement Manager who oversees all our non-housing issues.
