How to apply for a home to rent
Isos is committed to providing an excellent service to people who are seeking accommodation with us. As of 4th January 2011, we have closed our waiting list to new applicants, and are using the Choice Based Lettings scheme for all areas except Gateshead and Sunderland.
We are only accepting applications for housing in Sunderland through nominations by the local authority. If you are interested in housing in Sunderland, you need to apply to Sunderland City Council Opens in a new window.
The waiting list for Gateshead is still open (see below).
Existing tenants (of the former NomadE5) can still apply to transfer between properties, using the form below.
