1. How do I register with Isos to go onto the housing list?

As of 4th January 2010, we have closed our waiting list to new applicants, and are using the Choice Based Lettings scheme for all areas except Gateshead, Chester-le-Street and Sunderland. Existing tenants (of the former NomadE5) can still apply to transfer between properties. Go to the Apply for a home to rent page to download the application form.

If you would like further information get in touch with the Customer Services team.

2. What is the Choice Based Lettings scheme?

It allocates properties through choice, giving you a greater say in where you live. It is operated by a partnership of housing providers. Properties are advertised and applicants choose where they wish to live by expressing an interest in a property. This is a change to previous schemes where landlords offered properties as they became available to the applicant at the top of a waiting list.

3. How many points have I been allocated?*

If you would like to know how many points you have been allocated, get in touch with the Customer Services team.
*Please note that this only applies to Gateshead, Chester-le-Street and Sunderland. Choice Based Lettings will be making their own eligibility assessment for all other areas.

4. Rent - what is my current balance?

If you would like to know what your current rent account balance is, contact the Customer Services team. You will be asked to provide your tenancy reference number, which can be found on your Allpay card or rent statement.

5. Where are you building properties at the moment?

If you would like information on where Isos is building new properties, get in touch with the Customer Services team.
