The Supported Housing (Operations) team is part of the Customer Services department at Isos.

Within Supported Housing (Operations) we work closely with community mental health teams and other statutory agencies to provide supported housing and outreach support to clients diagnosed with mental health issues, learning disabilities or who are homeless.

The support is offered through supported housing and outreach support. We work in a person-centred way to work towards recovery and promote self-esteem, and we empower service users to live independently as fully integrated members of the community.

We currently support 214 clients in 4 local authorities - North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Gateshead and Newcastle.

The team consists of:
