The Supported Housing (Projects) team is part of the Customer Services department of Isos Housing Ltd.
We work with external support providers, enabling us to rehouse people with a wide range of support needs who would otherwise not be able to live independently.
We have a range of agreements in place which reflect the different management arrangements with our support providers.
We currently have projects set up with more than 40 support providers across 12 client groups.

What the team does

  • Monitoring and review of Supported Housing (Projects) policies and procedures
  • Housing management of all directly managed projects:-
  • Allocations
  • Arrears monitoring
  • Dealing with incidents of harassment, anti-social behaviour, complaints, etc.
  • Scheme inspections
  • Service charge reviews
  • Monitoring and review of floating support tenancies
  • Monitoring and review of managing agents
  • Monitoring and review of agreements
  • Setting up new projects
