Supported Housing Services

Isos Supported Housing provides a wide range of specialist supported housing services that are as individual as the people we support.
Our aim is to help vulnerable people to live independent lives, achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations and become valued and respected members of society.



Our Supported Housing service for Older People provides sheltered housing, bungalows and extra-care housing specially designed for older people.

Our Supported Housing Operations service provides supported housing and outreach support to clients with a primary mental health diagnosis, learning disabilities or who are homeless.

Our Supported Housing Projects service provides supported housing to people with a wide range of support needs who would otherwise not be able to live independently. This is in partnership with external support providers.
