Help to Buy is a Government initiative to help first-time buyers, those re-entering the market, key workers and households renting from a private landlord, a housing association or a council to get onto the property ladder.

A number of Help to Buy products are available offering different ways to purchase a home. Find out more about each product, the eligibility criteria, and which product might be best for you.

Homes are provided by the north’s leading house builders and housing associations. There is a range of different house types available at sites across Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.
