For any of the Help to Buy shared ownership options you need to apply to Isos to be approved. Isos and your chosen private house builder or housing association will work together to progress your application and the purchase of your new home.

You can apply online now, or alternatively you can download a printable version of the Help to Buy application form. Please fill in as much information on the application form as you can. An incomplete application can cause delays to the decision about your eligibility.

If you're applying for a Help to Buy equity loan, once you have found the property you would like please complete the Property Information Form (below) and take it to the relevant builder.
