Armed Forces Home Ownership Scheme (AFHOS) is an equity loan scheme designed to help serving members of the British Armed Forces with four to six years' service to find a suitable home on the open market. The scheme is being managed and delivered by the Swaythling Housing Society. All applicants for the scheme should apply directly to Swaythling, who will be solely responsible for carrying out eligibility and affordability assessments for the scheme.
