Duplicate payments through allpay 



Last Friday our Direct Debit provider, allpay, experienced system issues which caused some Direct Debit payments to be taken from our customers twice.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this and would like to thank you all for your patience.

We have been assured by allpay that all refunds of duplicate payments have been processed and will reach residents no later than Tuesday 12th September. If you have any concerns, please call us on 0300 300 1505.

If anyone incurs charges from their bank as a result of the double payment being taken, allpay has confirmed that it will reimburse you – you just need to send us evidence of the charges from your bank.

Call us on 0300 300 1505 if you have been affected and we will work with allpay to ensure you are reimbursed as quickly as possible.

Finally, please accept our unreserved apologies for any problems and worry this has caused you.
