II.1.5) Short Description of the contract or purchase(s) Isos Housing Group seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide Grounds Maintenance services to its sites throughout the North East of England. Selection will be by a restricted process with a pre-qualification questionnaire being made available to those parties who express an interest. The contract will be offered in lots based on geographical location and interested parties may apply for one or more lots. Work areas covered in this contract will include grass cutting, residents' garden schemes, play area maintenance and some tree consultancy and rectification works.
