CONTRACT FOR PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORKS

NomadE5 Housing Association invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the supply and/or fit of the following components:

- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Windows
- External Doors

The works are to be undertaken in a number of contracts across the North East region, from Berwick in the North to Teesside in the South.

The work will include replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, external doors and some electrical and heating works in accordance with the contract specification.

The contracts will commence in August 2009 and should be completed in March 2011. Specific performance targets will be in place which should be met by the end of March 2010.

In the first instance please register your interest by using the contact details below. The closing date for registering expressions of interest is 15th May 2009. A copy of the pre-qualifying questionnaire will then be sent to you week commencing 18th May 2009. Potential providers will be required to complete and return this questionnaire by 5pm on 5th June 2009. Applicants who have already completed a PQQ for NomadE5 in the last 3 months need not submit a form.

Tenders will be issued to short-listed contractors in June 2009.
