What will the change mean to you?
We understand from what you have told us over the years how important having a quality, reliable repairs and maintenance service is to you. It's important to us too. That's why any changes we make will only ever aim to improve upon our current standards. It's what you deserve.
In the wider scheme of things, you will probably notice very little difference to how you receive your services from us. We will still have high quality, trained people delivering the same services to you - it's just that their name cards will be different.
The name change is also an opportunity for us to make improvements. For example, because we are expanding the team you should now find that there are more people to get you the support you need, even faster than before.
