Your rent

Rent charges vary depending on the area and the property type i.e. how many it bedrooms it has and if there are any service charges.

Your rent is due either one week or one month in advance every Monday.

If you are experiencing difficulties paying your rent you should contact a member of the Income Team immediately. They are here to help you and will agree with you a sensible payment plan so that your arrears do not get out of control.
