We offer a number of ways to pay your rent:

Direct Debit: Direct Debits are free and convenient. If you have either a bank or building society account with a Direct Debit facility, you can pay your rent by monthly Direct Debit. We currently offer payment dates of either 1st or 15th of the month. If you would like to find out more about paying by Direct Debit or make arrangements to pay your rent this way please telephone Isos and ask to speak to a member of the Income Team. Alternatively, complete the Direct Debit mandate Opens in a new window, ensuring that you quote your tenancy reference number (found on your rent statement), and send to Isos for the attention of the Income Team.

Allpay: Your Isos rent payment card can be used to pay your rent at a number of locations free of charge. You can pay at any Post Office, shop, supermarket or retail outlet displaying the PayPoint logo. Many of these retail outlets are open late at night and at weekends giving you more opportunity to pay your rent when you want. Or you can call Allpay on:

General enquiries: 0844 225 5729
Fax: 0844 557 8350
Telephone payments: 0844 557 8321

By bank standing order: If you have a bank or giro account you can pay your rent by standing order. Paying by standing order means that your rent is paid directly from your bank to us. If you wish to pay this way please call the Customer Services Team, or email them on info@isoshousing.co.uk.

CallPay: This is another quick and convenient method of payment. A member of the Customer Services Team or the Income Team at Isos will be happy to take a payment over the telephone from you. You will need to have your tenancy reference number plus your debit/credit card details with you when you call. The holder of the debit/credit card being used must either be the person making the call or available to speak to when the call is being made.

By post: You can send a cheque or postal order through the post. Make it payable to Isos and write your name, address and rent card number on the back. Please do not send cash through the post.

Direct payment of Housing Benefit: If you are in receipt of housing benefit from your local authority you can have this paid directly to us. We can arrange this for you or you can contact your Local Authority Housing Benefit Section. If Housing Benefit does not cover all of your rent you will need to make payments using one of the alternative methods.

Telephone Payments: If you prefer to make a payment by telephone using your rent payment card and either a debit/credit card please call Allpay on 0844 557 8321.

Internet payments: If you prefer you can also make payments online by following the hyperlink to Allpay on this website. You will need both your rent payment card and either a debit/credit card.
