To report a repair online now, you can go straight to My Isos Home. If you’re using My Isos Home for the first time you’ll need your tenancy reference number to register. Once you’ve registered, it’s the quickest and easiest way to report a repair.

You can also report repairs by calling our customer services team on 0300 300 1505 or emailing us at If your repair is an emergency, and your safety or security is at risk, then the best way to get in touch is by calling us. Calls are charged at the same rate as landlines, and will be free if you have a phone package that includes landline numbers.
