We believe that everyone has the right to live the way they want as long as it doesn't spoil the quality of life for others. This means being tolerant, accepting and respecting the needs and choices of other people.
We value the diversity of our residents and believe that all residents, their families and visitors to their home have a right to live their lives without fear of abuse, intimidation, harassment, humiliation or attack irrespective of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion and sexuality.
We will not tolerate any incidents of anti-social behaviour whether committed by a tenant, leaseholder, member of the community, an employee or a contractor. We are committed to taking appropriate action against any perpetrator of anti-social behaviour, with the aim of protecting the victims, providing education and preventing further incidents.
Isos Housing takes all forms of anti-social behaviour seriously and will take appropriate and proportionate action to address this type of conduct on its estates and in its properties. Non-legal remedies and/or legal proceedings may be considered to resolve these issues.
Anti-social behaviour includes a wide range of unacceptable behaviour that affects the quality of life for residents and others living or working in the community. The types of behaviour that Isos considers anti-social include:
