Decorating Scheme

It is important to us that all of the properties we let are of a good standard.
We will make sure that your new home will be safe, clean and in a good condition for you to move into.
However, we recognise that in some cases you may want to decorate some rooms in your new home.
To help you do this we are able to provide decoration packs containing paint and other decorating materials.illustration of a figure in overalls painting


Isos and Dulux Decorator Centres have worked together to give you a range of high-quality products for you to decorate your home.




Each pack will contain:

  • vinyl matt coloured
  • vinyl matt white
  • white gloss
  • filler and abrasive paper
  • roller tray and sleeve set
  • 3 brushes, brush cleaner and wipes
  • masking tape and polythene dustsheet.

The amounts of paint will differ according to the size of your home.



You will receive a Decorating Scheme leaflet when you move into your new home.
This will include a chart of available colours and details of how to order your paint pack.
