Isos Furniture Service

As a commitment to improving services, we have introduced a furniture scheme for new tenants to help them set up their homes. The service is available to tenants when they first take a tenancy.

The furniture is supplied in exchange for a weekly payment which is added to the tenant's rent. This will be added as a service charge to the rent account. Help in paying for the charge may be received by Housing Benefit.

Anyone interested in taking a furnished tenancy should ask about furniture when they are looking for a property.
