Website Accessibility

Overall

The design of our sites aims to meet the Priority A and AA guidelines of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. If we make a mistake and you find a difficulty in accessing any part of our site, please let us know using the Contact Us and we will seek to put things right. All Isos sites use the same approach to navigation within them, with links set out at the top and left hand side of the site. There is an email link at the bottom of every page should you experience any problems.

PDF documents

Certain versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator don't allow PDF files to display in your browser window. To view them, hold the cursor over the PDF link and right click the mouse. Select "Save target as". Save the PDF to an appropriate location then double-click on the file to open it in the new location.
