9 Month temporary contractAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Services Team within Milecastle Housing as a Customer Services Assistant.The successful applicant will play a key roll in providing a courteous, efficient front line service to Customers on a range of housing issues as well as providing administrative support to the housing team.The successful applicant must have previous experience of working with the public and possess excellent communication, IT and organisational skills. A full driving licence and access to a car during work hours is also a requirement of the role as the post holder may be asked to cover area offices. Knowledge of social housing and wider housing issues would be an advantage.
