Isos Housing Group is one of the North's leading providers of affordable and supported housing in the North East. The Isos Housing Group consists of four registered housing associations: Isos Housing Limited, Castle Morpeth Housing, Milecastle Housing and NomadE5; as well as Isos Developments and our commercial development company, Next Level.
We currently deliver a wide range of landlord, community regeneration and housing support services to more than 20,000 customers, building more than 300 new homes each year.
There are vacancies for qualified, time served electricians to join the Property Services team to carry out electrical repairs in properties owned across the region by NomadE5 Housing Association, Milecastle Housing and Castle Morpeth Housing. The successful candidates will be qualified in the 17th Edition regulations and ideally hold the 2391 certificate in inspection and testing. A full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are both essential.
