Who is my housing officer?

Your housing officer can help your tenancy run as smoothly as possible. They will support you throughout your time in your Isos house, offering help and advice on anything relating to your tenancy.

Once you've find out the name of your housing office, the easiest way to contact them is to call us on 0300 300 1505 and ask to speak to them direct. If your housing officer isn’t available when you ring we can arrange to call you back when it’s convenient.

We also have a team of housing officers dedicated to our older customers. Our SHOP team (short for Supported Housing Older People) can help you every step of the way. Please visit our support for older people page for more information.

You can also email info@isoshousing.co.uk including your name and address and your message will be forwarded to your housing officer.
