Ways to pay

When you move into an Isos home it is the start of what will hopefully be a lasting relationship. Like all relationships – it needs a bit of effort from both sides. We've made an effort to make it simple to pay your rent.

To pay your rent online now, you can go straight to My Isos Home. Once you’ve registered, it’s the quickest and easiest way to pay your rent.

Other payment options

Isos offers a variety of ways to pay your rent:

  • Direct debit: set up a monthly direct debit payment from your bank account. If you need help with this, ring us on 0300 300 1505 and ask for an Income Management Officer.
  • Allpay: Pay your rent at Post Offices and stores using your Isos Allpay card – you can also call Allpay on 0844 557 8321 and pay with a debit/credit card.
  • Direct payment of housing benefit: You can have your Housing Benefit paid directly to us – contact us or your Local Authority to arrange this.
  • On your mobile: download the Allpay app and pay direct from your mobile.
  • By post: send us a cheque. Make it payable to Isos and write your name, address and rent card number on the back. Send it to Isos, Number Five, Gosforth Park Avenue, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8EG.
  • Call us: contact our customer services team on 0300 300 1505. You’ll need your tenancy reference number and your debit/credit card details – we’ll need to speak to the owner of the card to process the payment.
